The most important drink in UAE is Arabic coffee. It is really a part of UAE culture. People can drink this coffee at any time of the day, but in most homes they usually have it after meals and at special day. they make the coffee using brown coffee cup (Dallah). Then they take some (Hill) , saffron and a little rose water and add boiling water and a cup of coffee ground. After a few minutes they pour the coffee into small cup and they place them on a tray. Finally, they serve the coffee. It is delicious on a hot day.
